In addition to obtaining her Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba, Heather Peterson holds degrees in social work and political science. 

Before law school, Heather had the honour of working in community health and child protection. As a born-and-raised Winnipegger, Heather is particularly excited to continue to serve and learn from all nations and relations. 

Outside of work, Heather enjoys cooking, swimming, learning French, and walking her opinionated chihuahua.
