Nisha Sikka is a lawyer in the Vancouver office of Cochrane Sinclair, representing Indigenous clients in a number of different areas including civil litigation, consent-based decision making, consultation and accommodation, economic development, governance and specific claims.

Nisha is also committed to trauma-informed lawyering and promoting access to justice.

Nisha has appeared before all levels of Court in British Columbia as well as the Federal Court, Federal Court of Appeal and the Specific Claims Tribunal. She has also appeared before the Provincial Court and the Court of Kings Bench in Manitoba.

Outside of work, Nisha loves to travel, explore, swim and read.
